Residential Call Features*

- Basic Voicemail: Reliably stores all of your missed calls

- Caller-ID: Choose what others will see when you call
- Call Waiting: Alerts you to incoming calls while the line is busy
- Call Forwarding: See below
- E-911: Allows you to provide Emergency Services with potentially critical information


Call Forwarding/Star Codes

Enable Busy Call Forwarding - *90
Disable Busy Call Forwarding - *91

Enable Delayed Call Forwarding to another number - *92xxx-xxx-xxxx# (number you wish to forward to)
Disable Delayed Call Forwarding to another number - *92#

Enable Unconditional Call Forwarding - *72xxx-xxx-xxxx (number you wish to forward to)
Disable Unconditional Call Forwarding - *73

Access Voicemail from home phone line - *99 (default PIN is 1111; set new PIN when first accessed)

Access Voicemail when away from home - Dial (607) 589-2255; enter home phone number followed by #; enter PIN followed by #

Disable Call Waiting - *70 (disables Call Waiting for 1 call, feature will automatically reactive at next phone call)

Enable Anonymous Call Rejection - *77
Disable Anonymous Call Rejection - *87
