Digital Phone: International Calls

In order to make International calls with your Haefele TV Inc. Digital Phone, you will need to first notify us, so that we may authorize them on your account.  Doing so will help us keep your phone more secure by accounting for any potential fraud attempts.

 Calls placed to Canada are classified as International calls unless you have signed up for the North American Package.  In that case, all calls to Canada will be included in your monthly call allotment and regular long distance rates will apply.

There is no charge for signing up for this service, but International calling rates do apply.  Please Contact Us to add this service to your existing Digital Phone service.  The process is simple and should only take a few minutes.
