Lifeline Program
Haefele Connect participates in the federal Lifeline program for qualifying low-income customers if you are located within cencus blocks for which we have received Connect America Fund (CAF) support . If eligible, households may receive up to $9.25 off a month on qualifying phone or internet service.
Eligible households must be located within a supported census block as well as particapte in at least one of the following programs or have a child/dependent who participates in one of these programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Income-based eligibility is determined by the total household income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guildelines.
Household Eligibility
A household is a group of people that share income and expenses.
- You are only allowed to get one Lifeline discount per household.
- If you share housing, complete the Household Worksheet.
