While an ONT is required to translate the fiber signal into your home, you are completely free to plug in your own personal wireless router if you prefer.

However, we highly recommend using our Fully Managed Wi-Fi routers (including our Next-Gen Wi-Fi 7 router on the 1 and 2 Gbps plans).
