Installation: $49 standard installation; underground drops and excessive distances from the road may incur additional charges.
Technical Disclosures: Speeds based on wired connection; actual speeds vary, especially over wireless. Maximum effective data rate of a Gigabit Ethernet port is 940 Mbps. To experience the full benefits of the 2 Gbps plan, your devices and internal networking equipment must be equipped with 2.5 Gbps or 10 Gbps Ethernet ports. Without compatible hardware, speeds will be limited to 940 Mbps.

While an ONT is required to translate the fiber signal into your home, you are completely free to plug in your own personal wireless router if you prefer.
However, we highly recommend using our Fully Managed Wi-Fi routers (including our Next-Gen Wi-Fi 7 router on the 1 and 2 Gbps plans). Our optimized equipment integrates seamlessly with the CommandIQ app, allowing you to easily manage your home network, set parental controls, and receive 24/7 remote technical troubleshooting from our local support team if you ever run into a hitch.
